Rock Stream Vineyards, is owned and operated by Dr. Mark Karasz. As a retired Lt. Colonel and Westpoint graduate, Mark, during a tour in Italy, developed a passion for grappa and wine. As both a licensed winery and distillery, Rock Stream Vineyards is an estate winery with a 50 acre vineyard producing estate wines, grappa and brandies. Rock Stream offers hybrid varietals wines such as DeChaunac, and native varieties in his own style, for example, his Dry Niagara. Using his own fruit, he also produces 2 port style wines, a red and a white.

The small tasting room is Right on the Lakeside corner of State Route 14 and Peach Orchard Point Road and is 1.5 miles south of our facility. As you enter you'll be welcomed likely by Mark himself. He's an avid RC pilot, and you'll see some of his Remote Control aircraft hanging from the ceiling and walls. The Tasting facility is open daily, 10-6 during the summer and daily 10-5 during the winter months. Groups of 10 or more are encouraged to make advance reservations. Also be sure to check out their annual pig roast in October.
