Earle Estates Meadery
Earle Estates Meadery is a producer of mead, or wine made from honey. They make it in a way that maintains the natural flavors of the honey. This Wine Trail stop makes four basic mead styles, Traditional, Dry, Semi Sweet, and Sparkling. This makes it an interesting stop along the Seneca Lake Wine Trail and will have you re-thinking your definition of wine!
Also located on the property is Torrey Ridge Winery. This makes this a 2 for 1 stop along the Trail!
CK Cellars is comprised of Six Brands. Torrey Ridge Winery, specializing in sweet native wines, they also have a range of dry and semi-dry wines including vinifera varieties. Redneck Wines are located in the same tasting room as Torrey Ridge, which include native varieties as well as fruit wines. Earle Estates Meadery offers traditional and contemporary mead. Warthog Cidery uses a “secret recipe”, so to speak, of New York Apples to bring a refreshing and popular cider brand to the Wine Trail. Their CuKi brand offers higher end wines both red and white.
While you're there, browse their Vino Center where a large selection of wine related gift items and novelties await. Many options to choose from and many items from artisans in our own Finger Lakes, and Seneca Lake region!
Open Daily: 10am to 5pm with Extended Holiday Hours.
